At novakyx.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return most items within 7 days of receiving them if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items marked Final Sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for approval and instructions from our support team.
Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Defective
Damaged
Incorrect size or color due to our error

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product:

Email us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos or video of the damage/issue
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit after reviewing the issue

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

First, check your bank account again
Then, contact your credit card company or bank
